Shipping within India
We offer Free Shipping in India through our shipping partner Delhivery.
At AkOk we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible. You will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.
Though we use the best logistics partners in India during festivals, National Holiday, etc. the delivery of your shipment might get further delayed. For outlier locations in case your address is not serviceable by our partners we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your package reach you. We do not provide refunds on any order.
All our products are shipped out between 2 – 4 weeks depending on the products. In situations beyond AkOk’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, AkOk will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
AkOk does not have a no questions asked exchange policy. We might request you to share an image of your product/ s. for your order to qualify as an exchange:
- You must raise a request by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of your order
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
- Product must be in perfect condition
- Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality
- Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. In case of order cancellations, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 2-4 weeks.
- Once you have requested for an exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days. Make sure the item is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location due to reasons beyond our control. The whole order amount will not be refunded if the order is cancelled from the customers end. Payment Gateway fees of 2% will be applicable on the total order Value. Please note, cancellations won’t be entertained after 24 hours from the time of placing an order.
- AkOk reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Shipping Outside India
We offer International Shipping through our shipping partner Delhivery. For all International orders where shipping charges are applicable, it will be directly calculated at your checkout page according to the charges mentioned below:

Once your order is placed it will reach you within to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. We do not provide exchanges & refunds on international orders.
